Raymond D. Terrell   

Raymond D.Terrell is the distinguished professional in residence in the Department of Educational Leadership at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has served as an elementary school principal in Hamilton, Ohio, after retiring as a professor of educational administration and dean of California State University’s School of Education. He began his career as a public school teacher and administrator and has more than 25 years of professional experience with diversity and equity issues.
