Wow, what a fantastic resource! Over 400 pages of strategies, research, suggestions, and information that is relevant for any teacher, at any year of experience. From lesson planning ideas to building inclusive classrooms to management techniques, I wish I had this resource my first year as an elementary teacher. At minimum, it should be practical and required reading at any school of education!
